Ingredients: (Makes 22 bites)

1 cup steel cut oats

2 scoops chocolate protein powder (Vital Proteins is my favorite!)

3 Tbsp. flax seeds

1 Tbsp. chia seeds

1/2 cup almond butter (creamy, no salt or sugar added)

1/4 cup honey

Preparing this recipe:

In a food processor or Magic Bullet combine oats, chocolate protein powder, flax seeds and chia seeds. Pulse to blend to a thick flour consistency.

In a medium bowl combine dry ingredients and room temperature almond butter and honey. Stir until dry ingredients, honey and almond butter are thoroughly combined. Cover and place in refrigerator to chill for 10-15 minutes to allow the ingredients to combine and firm.

Roll with your hands into 22 small round bites. Enjoy!

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
